DEFINITIONS

Buyer - any natural or legal person who places an order on the site

Order - an electronic document that acts as a form of communication between the seller and the buyer, through which the seller agrees to deliver the goods and the buyer agrees to receive these goods and make payment for them.

GENERAL INFORMATION; ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

The notification received by the buyer by e-mail regarding the receipt of the order by the buyer has the role of information and does not imply acceptance of the order.

The contract is considered concluded between the seller and the buyer at the moment of confirmation, on a durable medium, by the seller of the acceptance of the order sent by the buyer. An unconfirmed order will have no contractual value between the parties.

The information presented on the seller's websites is informative and can be modified by the seller, without prior notice. The changes made will not have retroactive effect and will apply exclusively to orders placed after their change.

The seller has the freedom to manage the information received without having to provide justifications for this.

Opinions or addresses that contain insults or inappropriate language will be excluded from the site or ignored.

PAYMENT TERMS

Only one coupon or discount can be used per order. All coupons must be used at time of order; subsequent reimbursement or cash substitution is not possible. The resale of the coupon is not allowed. The price, payment method and payment term are specified in the order. The seller will issue an invoice to the buyer for the goods and services delivered, the buyer's obligation being to provide all the information necessary to issue the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force.

CONCILIATION PROCEDURE

Referrals for cases that require conciliation can be made by any person who considers himself wronged.

After receiving a situation, the management members will analyze the fact and ask for a supporting note from the employees.

After receiving a complaint, a report on the case is drawn up and forwarded to the general manager, who will adopt a decision on the case. This decision will be sent to the client within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the notification date. The entire conciliation procedure, until its completion, is confidential. If conciliation is reached, the case is considered closed.

RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
