Return conditions within 14 days
- The product must be sent to our address or delivered in person no later than the 14 th day after picking up the order.
- The goods must be returned complete, in the original packaging and must not show signs of obvious wear or damage.
- If a gift is provided with the goods, upon withdrawal from the contract the gift contract becomes ineffective and the gift must be returned.
- Goods can only be returned if they are clean and odorless.
- In the event that we have costs associated with returning the goods to their original condition (eg cleaning, replacement of the cover, replacement of the display), we will be forced to charge a fee equal to the cost of bringing the product to its original "new" condition.
